30 Days of Comfort

We want you to love your Comfort Cushion products and know it can take up to 30 days to get used to it. So, we give you up to 30 days to try it out for free. 

If you’re not 100% satisfied within this period, we’ll refund the amount in the form of store credits* and do our best to donate the products. Reward points are not refundable. 

Prior to the first wash, please carefully read our Laundry Care. We cannot accept items for return if products are damaged due to improper wash. 

*Points will be 10x the amount of the item and be reflected onto your account once our team has verified the return. (ex. Nap Pillow at P1290 = 12,900 Points)

What Products Can I Return?

Items purchased at sale price are not included in our 30 Days of Comfort Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged, and refunded unless they are faulty. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders purchased from our third party vendors such as Lazada or Shopee. 

How Do I Return the Item?

Kindly email us at comfortcushionph@gmail.com so our team may process the return, and shipping the items back to our warehouse will be shouldered by the buyer. 

Terms

A customer who has made a claim within 100 days from delivery shall be prohibited from making another claim for return and/or refund for 200 days following the claim.

A customer who has returned and refunded a product will be restricted from purchasing a unit from the same product line for 200 days following the claim.
